Curtains are still the most popular window dressing, they add a softness to a room and help bring a scheme together. All of the curtains and blinds made at Lou’s Thread are lined or blackout lined with top quality lining and can be interlined for a more sumptuous look. Interlining also helps with heat and sound insulation and can also help protect the fabric.
We offer the full range of heading for curtains: pencil pleat 3” or 6”, double pleats and/or triple pleats.
When it comes to blinds there are lots to chose from. We supply roller blinds in over 200 colours or you can choose any fabric from our library to be laminated into a roller blind. Roller blinds are a great option for most windows as they can fit inside or outside the window in a neat but functional manor.
Roman blinds are the most popular blind we supply. They are all handmade to your requirements in your choice of fabric. They are more decorative than roller blinds and offer a softer look. All Roman blinds are interlined as standard and can be blackout lined if required.
We can now supply roman blinds on battery operated systems, control by remote control, meaning you can sit on your sofa and close you’re blind at a touch of a button.
Lou’s thread can also supply quality wood venetian, metal venetian and vertical blinds.
